RiverFlow Capital was further instructed to offer strategic advisory service on B2G negotiation - for securing certain legal permission from multiple bureaus and departments of the government. RiverFlow Capital was also engaged in fundraising and forming strategic partnership. The supercharging stations starts to operate in August 2025.

Since 2023, RiverFlow Capital team has been engaged as a strategic advisor. In 2024, RiverFlow Capital is also invited to invest in the project and sit in the board of director of the project company.
