A major shareholder of a 20-year-old private company comes with advisory requests on fundraising, transaction formation, business strategy and management. RiverFlow Capital was further instructed to offer strategic advisory service on B2G negotiation - for securing certain legal permission from multiple bureaus and departments of the government. The fundraising amount was initiated with USD 25Million. The supercharging stations starts to operate in June 2025.

Since 2023, RiverFlow Capital team has been engaged as a strategic advisor. In 2024, RiverFlow Capital is also invited to invest in the project and sit in the board of director of the project company.
